Urgent Care Clinic Provides Timely Mental Health Support for Non-Emergent Concerns
We offer an urgent care clinic to provide timely mental health support when you need help quickly, but are not experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency. This service is designed for individuals facing sudden emotional distress, escalating anxiety, overwhelming stress, or significant changes in mood that cannot wait for a regular therapy appointment.
Our urgent care clinic focuses on short-term, immediate support. Appointments are structured to help stabilize intense emotions, assess current concerns, and develop practical coping strategies to manage distress. Clinicians work collaboratively with you to identify what support is needed in the moment and to determine appropriate next steps, which may include ongoing therapy, referrals, or additional resources. This service helps bridge the gap between routine counselling and emergency care, offering support before concerns escalate further.
Urgent care is well suited for individuals feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to manage worsening symptoms, but who do not require emergency services. The goal is to provide compassionate, accessible care during challenging moments and help restore a sense of balance and clarity.
We offer an urgent care clinic to ensure support is available when it matters most. If you are struggling and need prompt mental health support, please contact us to learn more or to book an appointment.
