Our Treatment Focus

Our team is here to help. We work directly with our clients to provide the necessary treatments, tailored to your unique needs. This includes finding the best way to provide our services, whether that be online, over the phone, or in-person.

Our Patient Promise

To put it simply, we are here for you! Our goal is to help you improve your quality of life through proven psychiatric processes. Everything we do is private and confidential.

Trauma-Informed Care

We understand how hard it can be to live with trauma. It can have a serious impact on your day to day functioning, and can even effect the people around you. At CDL & Associates, we understand that you need to feel safe and supported, that's why we offer more services than many registered psychologists. Our team has specialized training in trauma-focused therapies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), as well as assessments meant to identify and diagnose trauma disorders.
